They are an asset to the development of their countries and communities and with the right guidance and support can become influential leaders of positive change.

Our vision is to see young people taking a leadership role in addressing the most urgent issues facing the world, supported by their communities, civil society, government and businesses while our mission is youth Winning In Life Against All Odds", which is accomplished by delivering free out-of-school time mentoring programs focused on increasing self-confidence and accelerating educational & professional skills for all youth belonging to groups that are underrepresented in the field of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM).
